Last updated: March 2026. These terms govern your use of the Fix My Fixtures app and website.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using Fix My Fixtures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Fix My Fixtures is a sports fixture exchange platform designed to help clubs find and arrange matches with other clubs. The service may allow clubs to post fixture requests, browse available fixtures, confirm matches, manage club profiles, and access subscription features.

3. Eligibility and accounts

To use the service, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that takes place using your account.

4. Subscription plans and billing

The app may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions and one-time upgrades. Where purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by those platforms under their terms and policies.

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are displayed in the app at the point of purchase.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes posting false club information, harassing other users, attempting to bypass feature limits, or interfering with the security or operation of the app.

6. Contact detail sharing

When two clubs mutually accept a fixture, limited contact details may be shared so they can complete the arrangement. Contact details obtained through the service must only be used for genuine fixture-related communication.

7. Intellectual property

The app, website, branding, design and software are owned by Fix My Fixtures Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them except as permitted by law or with written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful match results, or the accuracy of information submitted by third-party clubs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fix My Fixtures Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
